  TaeKwon-Do - TaeKwon-Do literally translates as "the way of kicking and punching".  As a traditional martial art, TaeKwon-Do focuses on self-defense, fitness, and discipline.  However, there are so many more benefits that apply, which is why our families love our Family TaeKwon-Do classes.  Classes start as early as 4 years old and parents and children alike train together in a family atmosphere.  We emphasize leadership characteristics that your child will exemplify at the academy, home, school, and in the community; as well as reinforce the appropriate behaviors and moral characteristics you teach your child at home.
  HaganaH F.I.G.H.T. - The HaganaH program uniquely combines Israeli military tactics and other martial arts to defeat stronger, skilled, and even armed opponents. HaganaH employs easy-to-learn techniques that are efficient and effective. The combat fitness aspect of the program is an amazing workout that will help you build the engine you need to propel your self-defense training.
  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world.  Statistics show that most fights end up on the ground, so it is no wonder that people seek out the best ground fighting techniques available.  BJJ focuses on control over an opponent using technique, rather than size and strength.  Also, with the ability to control an opponent, submission tactics are used such as arm bars and chokes.  BJJ is an amazing ground fighting system, proven method of self-defense, and an incredible workout with so many benefits.
  Women's Muay Thai & KickBoxing - Need a fun workout? Want to work some real Muay Thai and KickBoxing techniques? This class is for you. Burn 800 calories in a one hour class while shaping and toning your muscles.  Muay Thai is nicknamed the "Art of Eight Limbs" because knees and elbows are used in addition to kicks and punches. Women have a blast doing this class in a fun environment that keeps moving and lets you put the gloves on and do some fitness impact training on the heavy bags.
