Calling all kickers! We are having a board breaking workshop on Saturday, October 1st.  These workshops are always a blast, so please make sure you don't miss it.

Board Breaking can have so many empowering benefits.  Here are just a few:

  • Builds self-confidence
  • Improves and tests martial technique
  • Focus and accuracy
  • Self-Control of when/where to use techniques
  • Develops strength and character

The workshop will be separated out for Lil' Dragons at 9:30am and Juniors/Adults at 10:30am.
